Hi there, please can someone help me out. We want to create a template order
form for our business that can be sent to clients in the body of our email,
filled in electronically in outlook by the client and emailed back to us. It
is effectively an online form without the wesite. We are using Microsoft
Outlook 2003 but many of our clients will be using older versions so it will
need o be compatible.

I'd send them a pre-addressed Outlook form template .oft file. They'll open
it, fill it out, then click Send.
