creating object using CreateInstanceFromAndUnwrap

Hi,

i need to create object by knowing it's assembly location and interface type
implemented by the class.
i use CreateInstanceFromAndUnwrap to do this.
can i do this also and keep components-services transaction scope?

TIA for any info on the subject.
