I want to be able to create notes that are attached to specific emails so
when I look at the email, I can see the note content.

Is there any way for me to do this?

Open the message, click Edit>Edit Message, and add what extra content you
want. Close the message and answer "Yes" when asked if you want to save the
changes.

I was hoping for some way to integrate Outlook's Notes with emails, but this
will do in a pinch...and Ih ad no idea I could edit messages this way, so
that's a bonus too.
