I've created new webs in Front Page under My Webs plenty of times before, but now I'm trying to create a new one, and each time, I'm getting this message...

"The server extensions were unable to access the file "service.lck". Please check the file permissions."

Can someone please help me? I have no idea what this is talking about. I've been using FrontPage for awhile now, but I'm still pretty much a newbie.

Is there a path provided to the service.lck file in the error message
- like ...\My Webs\somefolder\.....\service.lck
What version of FP and what is the path you are using for the new web name?
