I tried to "Open a Web" and put the file name C:\... and opened the
web that way and it didn't allow me to add a folder to the root web.
Then I tried the http:/... and it asked for the user name, password,
and domain name. I checked the remember info check box. I put the
wrong user name and now I keep getting an error "The folder http:/...
isn't accessible. The folder ... may be protected with a password."
