Hi all,

I'm using Outlook2003, in an Exchange environment. Everything seems to work
fine, except for notes.
Everytime I open notes I get a " windows encountered a problem and needs to
shutdown". If I open in safe mode, i manage to go in and create a new ones
without problems and if I restart outlook and go back to notes it works, I
get no error messages until I create a simple note. Like for example create a
new note and type "qsdf" and as soon as I do that, it crashes again.

Any help would be most appreciated,

--
Thanks everybody!

What is logged to the Event Viewer regarding this?
If it works in Safe Mode it's usually an indication of issues with addins.

Roady,
Thanks for your prompt reply. Checked again disabled all add-ins but the
problem still occurred.
Started in safe mode and changed the view from icons to notes list and it
didn't happen again. As soon as I switch it back to notes I get the error
again.
I'm happy with the work-around, but can't figure out why this happens.
