Hi,

I get an Access Denied error when I try to create a new folder, rename or
delete an existing folder at the root level of my C drive, but can freely do
so at any other level. I have Administrator rights to the computer. Any idea
what would be casuing that?

Thanks

Hello
Just having Administrator rights doesnt means file permissions.
If you have ntfs driver, you can be denied permission. See
the properties of that drive and set those properties to Allow All.
