When I click on a linked e-mail address, it opens up the Internet rather than
creating a new e-mail in Outlook. What settings should I change in Outlook
to make this work?

The setting is in Internet Options, not Outlook. IE, Tools, Internet Options,
Programs, select Outlook as email program. If you have Vista, just select
Program Defaults on the Start Menu.
