Creating Mirror Drive

I have a computer with a hard drive that may be getting ready to fail. chkdsk found some bad
sectors, and that leads me to believe the drive is on it's last legs. I would like to 'mirror' the
drive, boot sector, os, and programs to replace the drive before I wind up spending days
reinstalling software and updating program files.

Any assistance on how to copy the drive onto another would be appreciated.
