Hi!

i've got a small dbase with some forms having some coding in them. when i
try to create an MDE nothing happens. The system asks me where i want to save
the MDE file, then closes all screens in Access & at the bottom left 'Make
MDE/ADE' is shown. i left it running for minute but nothing happens. When i
check the processes on my pc, Access is at 98%!

i also tried to :
* split the dbase
* convert the dbase to Access 2002 files
* and also ran Compact and Repair dbase

....but all to no avail.

But, when i created a totally new dbase with just 1 form & table the MDE
working fine!

any ideas what could be causing me problems?!?

thanks,

Dave
