Hi,
Is it possible to create a link on my index page to a specific part of an
existing page on my site?
What I would like to do is create a link on my index page and have it go to
a specific paragraph or portion of a page - say in the middle of page 2, for
example. Not sure how to do this and would really appreciate someone pointing
me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance!!

Yes. They are called bookmarks. While information is available in the
helpfiles, it may be a little confusing.

Yes.

Bookmark the spot / spots you want to link to
Insert | Bookmark (or Ctrl+G)

Give it a name

Then open the page you want to link from
Highlight the text (or other ) you want to use as a link.
Right click and select "Hyperlink" (or Ctrl+K)

First select the page you are going to & then click on
"Bookmark" button (on the right) and select the bookmark on that page you
want to go to.

The link will look like
thepage.htm#bookmarkname

Hope this helps
