Creating Links to navigate within a page

I am very new to this so please forgive me...

I have a page of FAQ. I want to set up links at the top of the page to
navigate to the answer further down. Then link back to the top. I am using
FrontPage 2003.

Robin: In FP help, do a search for bookmarks, which will explain how to do
this.

Use the Insert | Bookmark function
