Hi John,
Looks like the webfolders on your system are having trouble. Try each step
in this KB Article
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=287402
Then without using FP, you could add a new network place and point it to
your website and create it. If it creates correctly and you are able to see
the files then FP will work correctly. In that KB check mainly for the
MSDAIPP folder (ensure its not readonly).
