i have got many tables. some of which are; bookings - for batch bookings(with
costs e.t.c), child details, contact details. I want to create an invoice
for month 22/05- 22/06. how can i do it?

also if i want to add ad-hoc bookings and extra costs how would i do it?

Hi Amina,
The first thing you need to be able to do is to generate a query that will
produce the information you require on your invoice.
The query would the information from the related fields so as to put on the
name & address - price per session- number of sessions - and you will need to
use the parameter features of queries to select the dates specified,
