Creating a hyperlink from a Visio flowchart in Word

Hello,

The flowchart drawing capability of word 2007 is really not as good as I
want it to be. Therefore I prefer creating my flowcharts in Visio 2007
Professional. The flowchart must however be a part of a word document, so I
paste the Visio chart into Word. Now, what I have not been able to do is to
create hyperlinks from individual shapes in the flowchart to other places in
the word document or other word documents. Can that be done?

Btw, I am aiming to convert the word document to a pdf-and keep the links
later, but first things first.

If it is not possible to create links inside the visio chart, please feel
free to suggest how to go about this with other tools and techniques.
