How do you create a hover button on my web page that has a link that when the
page is created it will open the link in a new window when the user clicks on
the hover button.

When using the hover button Java applet, you can not call any JavaScript pop up window scripts, to
you are limited to setting the target value of the hyperlink to New Window (_blank)

Also IE doe't 'see' hover buttons any more so it is best not to use them.
