I have a photo and I am interested in placing it in a setting so I can make a
greeting card with their photo attached to some nice graphics. Where can i
get graphics and how do I apply them?

Would it not be better to make your greeting card in Microsoft Publisher.
You could make it in PowerPoint if you want, but that would require some
drawing. Graphics you can insert using Insert - Picture - from file. Browse
to the folder where your photo or drawing are stored and select it. Once
inserted you can easily adapt it. Of course if you have PowerPoint 2007 you
can add some nice new effects which will definetely improve the endresult.
