I am trying to create a macro so that with a function key I would be able to
have text inserted into an email. Is this possible in Outlook 2003?

Maybe. The details -- and whether macro is the best solution -- would depend
on whether you're using Word as your email editor. In any case, the place to
give more details would be in the newsgroup specifically for Outlook
programming issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_vba
or, via web interface, at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...ok.program_vba
