Don't use inline frames, just use frameset pages
Look a File New Page (more templates) and select the Frames tab
That being said, make sure you understand the limitations of frames before you use them

| I am trying to create a frame I understand how to create an inline frame if
| you want to add a pdf file into your website. I can get front page to do
| that. I am trying to create a template that has the 7 same items so the user
| can scroll to any of those pages.for example
|
| Employee Lookup By Last Name
| Employee Lookup By Office
| Office Locations
| Helpdesk
|
| I am trying to create a stationary frame on the left hand side of the web
| page So the User always have these four options. I have trying creating an
| inline frame.. is this the correct way? When I do a inline frame I cannot
| add any additional text or graphics... it places the graphic next to the
| inline frame...
