There is a limit, yes, but it's pretty high. How many folders do you
have already? Is this a PST file you brought with you from a previous
version of Outlook or was it created new in Outlook 2003?
Do you have an Exchange Server?

(right click on the folder where I want the sub folder to go, select "new folder" then name the folder, then click ok) I have folders A-Z then sub folders for different categories. IE; "A", then a sub folder "Advertising". So on and so forth. All of a sudden I am getting a message that Outlook is unable to create folder. Is there a limit to how many folders you can have?
