Is there a way I can create a folder that resides in a jump drive or USB
drive other than the C: hard drive? I have personal email such as stock
options, etc.. that I do not want to keep in the C: hard drive.

You could create a PST file on a USB key but I'd stay away from using it as
your primary message store due to the real possibility of removing it at the
wrong times. You might be able to use it as a place to drag/drop some items.
