Creating Email Rules wth "or"

Can email rules be created with "or" rather than "and" (so that you can have
multiple criteria, but only one has to apply to invoke the rule)? If so, how?

I am using Office 2003 Outlook, Windows XP SP2.

no. You will need to make multiple rules.
