Creating an email from information on a form

Hi,

I need to send a standard email which contains informaton of every time a
new record is added to the database I am working on.

I have created a query for the details of the new record and can send this
query via the sendobjects macro, but can only attach it to the email. Is
there anyway of using the fields within this attached query so that they are
contained within the main body of the email?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
