Any idea how I'd create an E-mail template in Frontpage and then pull into Outlook?

Create your Html page and save it (w/ all images) to your Outlook stationary folder
C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application Data\Microsoft\Stationery
Or enter the following in your Windows Explorer address bar to find it
%userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Stationery
