Please help, I am not sure why this is happening, but it is only when I
create an e-mail to send to multiple contacts that the e-mail remains in the
outbox.

And we are to guess any details about your configuration?

I am not very techinical, so when i set everything up it was set up with the
wizard. I am using Outlook 2007.

How many contacts are you sending to?
Are you a distribution list or do you select individual contacts?
If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.

I disable the integration and tried again, still hung up in the outbox. It
happens when I send it to two or more individual contacts
