Actually, the recipients won't see their own name in the To field. They
will only see what the sender puts there, if anything (some ISPs require
that you put at least one mail address in the To field). Most folks that
use the BCC option will put their own e-mail address in the To field. To
send the message individually to each recipient, you'd need to do a mail
merge.
