creating Ditribution List from an email received

I have received an email correspondence containing a large number of
addressees - I would like to capture these addressees and save in my contacts
as a "distribution list" to resude when sending correspondance to this same
group.

Is there an automated way to do this without having to copy and save each
and every individual addressee?
