Ouutlook 2003. Is there a way to create and save my own customized reports
in BCM?

Is it safe for me to assume that you have clicked on the "Business Contact
Manager" tab and looked at the many reports available there?
Each of those can be customized a lot by clicking on: Modify Report". You
can select what information you want to see in eash column.
You can also save your modified report and you can even save it to Excel.

I hope this helped and that you didn't already know this.

Dear Custom:

It appears that the customize feature you mentioned must be done each time
you run the report. What I would like to be able to do is create report
templates (with header, footer, and field definitions of my choice) and save
the templates, such that I can reuse them and make them available to others.
Got any ideas on this? Thanks.

What if you modify the report to have just the info you would like and then
export it to Excel?

Yes, but that is just a one-time deal I suspect. I want to modify and then
be able to reuse later, not the data but the format.
