I created a custom hit counter using the HitMeFP tool. When I placed in on
my web page, all I see is a box with a "red" X. Server does support FP
extensions. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you have save the custom image to a location inside your web.
Then reference it as the Custom image ( by it's name and path ) when
creating the hit counter.
