Is it possible to create a custom help & support troubleshooter similar to
the one built into Windows?
I found reference to the Microsoft Troubleshooter Editor, and its successor,
the Microsoft Troubleshooter Designer, but I can't seem to find these tools
anywhere.
I'd like to create this custom help & support for the Helpdesk staff to
reference before putting in a support ticket. I like the setup and function
of the Windows Troubleshooter, and it could probably solve some of the
problems, but I'd also like to add articles specific to software applications
that are used on campus.
I know I can create custom help files, but I was wondering if there was any
way to create or edit Windows Troubleshooter files. If there is not
currently such an editor, are there any plans for one?
