I have a user who is no longer able to connect to our
server. How do i set a user to be able to connect to
terminal services?

This can be enabled via GPO -> User Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Internet Explorer Maintenance -> Advanced -> Security->Security Zones and Content Ratings (Preference Mode) -> Import the current security zones and privacy ratings -> Modify -> Local Intranet -> Custom Level -> Launching applications and unsafe files (Disable
