Creating CAB file for deployment

Device uses Windows CE 5.0.

Using Visual Basic .Net 2005 I created a smart device application, now I
want to install it on my device. I have everything worked out but I cannot
get my icon to show when I deploy the program on the device. When I build
the project in VS I see the icon on the output file but when I install it on
my device not icon shows.

How do I get an icon to show and also how do I get the icon to show on the
shortcut?
One more thing, how can I have the installer setup a shortcut on the
desktop.
