does anyone have a simple, easy to understand method of creating a bootable
win2k cd-rom?
i've searched this ng and on microsoft's site but haven't found what i'm
looking for.
i have Easy CD Creator 4.05, and CDRWIN vers. 3.9F
the method i used with CDRWIN found with a google search, was unsuccessful
any assistance appreciated

I have used the steps described here:

and have been successful.

Is this the one you tried before?

      13th Feb 2004
yes, that's the one i tried. after rebooting with the newly created boot
disk, all you get is a black screen with a flashing white cursor...no input
possible.
i guess i need a more detailed instruction than the one on that site

whew! finally got a usable boot cd made turns out that i didn't quite follow
the instructions properly from the Tech Guide website.....thanks all for
the help and suggestions.
