I am new at a job. My predicessor created a document
template that is a form with drop down menu selections.
The template is passworded. I do not have the password.
The past employee is gone. I have never created a
template in word like this.

Is there online documentation I can read to recreate this
document? It is only 2 pages. I can read everything in
it but it does not convert correctly. The drop down menus
do not access correctly so that you can choose one of the
options and it post to the blank provided.

Congrats on the new job. As far as I know you have to know what the password
is to open a protected document. As to how to create such a document, all
