Creating and calling a pl sql file from vb.net

I want to combine several sql queries into a pl sql file,I want to
buld a pl sql block which creates a file which has these queries and
outputs results as 1.csv, 2.csv etc.I want to call this pl sql block
from vb.net.

How would i be able to do this?
