Creating Add-in project for .Net Framework 1.1

I am working with Add-ins. Everything worked fine in
framework 1.0. In framework 1.1 I cannot create a new Add-
in Project. It keeps halting and says project cannot be
created. It only creates the directory and assemblyinfo
file.

Anyway else working with framework 1.1 and add-ins ran
into this.
