You should be able to create a distribution list in Outlook contacts that
only use BCM Accounts or Contacts. I don't know of a way to designate
"contacts belonging to an account", unfortunately, but you can create the
list of BCM contacts OR accounts. The list has to live in your Outlook
Contacts folder, not BCM Accounts or BCM Contacts, but it can contain only
BCM entries.
Another way to accomplish your email list is to use Search Folders. Create
some data in a BCM contact or account record (or create a new field to use
for this) and enter the data you want to search on. Then, using a Search
Folder, you can create the conditions/criteria to select someone for
inclusion in that filter. In this way, if you change the value in the data
field, it automatically adds/drops them from the group.
