CreateItemFromTemplate Help!

I'Ve made a module which uses an outlook .oft file (HTML
based) to send emails. But when I use this OFT file with
the CreateItemFromTemplate function, the OFT file is used
as a normal mail message so I onlu see the images as an
attachment and do not get the html code, but it is a HTML
file.
When I use the OFT file manually it's seen as an HTML
message and function well.

What do I do wrong?
