Hi!

I have Windows 2000 Server SP4. I've tried to create a volume, format and
found healthy on the Disk Management. But when I try to browse it on
Explorer or even on Run Command, the system cannot find the disk. I notice
that everytime I restart the machine, the drive came out and can be access
evenly. Can we avoid this restart when creating a volume?
