Is there a way to see who created a folder?

On an NTFS volume, you may be able to find the creator by determining the
owner of the folder. To do this, right click on the folder and choose
properties, then security, then advanced, and choose the owner tab. The
ownership of the folder may have been changed or been set to
"Administrators", in which case you cannot tell who created that folder.
