The question was posed clearly and divided into related subsets with
additional data added later. Parts 2 & 3 were clearly intended to preserve
the data as it now exists before going further.
Your first reply is apparently blatantly WRONG:
Office.microsoft.com/assistance... spells out how to print an address book.
However, in this instance it does not work apparently due to HOW the contact
list was created from the existing address book.
Your task is simply to investigate and pass on the steps required to fix
whatever is wrong in a manner that can be easily understood by anyone reading
the post. It shall require more than flip answers.
In the event that you are unable to fathom this concept, KINDLY ESCALATE
this to someone who can.
