create win95 floppy from CD (no makeboot cmd)

anyone know how to create a win95 boot disk from the CD with no Win95
installation available ?

later versions tended to have the MAKEBOOT command but cant find one on the
disk.

There is should be a folder named \Bootdisk in distributive disk. Makeboot
util is there.
