Create webpage and update contents from excel problems

There is a pull down box at top right corner and below table like excel
format. I'm not familiar with web page design. But want to let user to input
data from excel and can post the excel contents on the webpage.

Do you know how can I do it at the same table and webpage quickly? With
different name selection (top right corner box), then it will show other
table.
