Create VPN connection using C#

Hello,

I have a windows application which connects to SQL server over the vpn. So
if anybody wants to use this application, he will have to create a VPN
first. So my client wants the VPN creation process automated along with
setup process.

Is there anyway to create a VPN connection for connecting to a VPN server
progrmatically?

The RAS APIs are a good place to start, but I was looking around and
noticed that this might not work for XP SP2 or Vista.
