How to create virtual URL path file?

Normally, when I created a file on my host, example: file is "data1.doc" & my host is "http://mypage/download1" then everybody can download it simply by access URL "http://mypage/download1/data1.doc".
However, for security reason, I want each time anyone want download this file, the path http://mypage/download1/data1.doc is convert to virtual path to download this file; and after that person downloaded, this URL path became not exist with other everybody. How can I do?.
