How to create virtual directory at runtime (programatically) ???

I have a folder with files. I have to create virtual directory at
runtime for this folder. I saw some examples in web, it says, it could
be possible through Directoryservices. But I am not clear.

Anyone have any idea or have any link for this, please let me know.
