Create users via LDIFDE

When execute LDIFDE.exe command, it shows me following error.

C:\LDIFDE>ldifde -i -f tt.ldf
Connecting to "hunain.bahria.edu.pk"
Logging in as current user using SSPI
Importing directory from file "tt.ldf"
Loading entries.
There is a syntax error in the input file
Failed on token starting with '{' on line 1
0 entries modified successfully.
An error has occurred in the program

Here is the following TT file which I am using as input file.

dn: CN=test TT,OU=2006,OU=Students,DC=bahria,DC=edu,DC=pk
changetype: add
memberOf: CN=Students,OU=Students,DC=bahria,DC=edu,DC=pk
cn: test ldifde
description: Student BBA Fall 2006.
displayName: test TT
givenName: test
homeDirectory: \\FileServer\Student$\%username%
homeDrive: U:
distinguishedName: CN=test TT,OU=2006,OU=Students,DC=bahria,DC=edu,DC=pk
name: test TT
sAMAccountName: TestTT
sn: TT
