How do I create a PPT template for a corporate client that can be used to
change content that is cut and pasted from their existing PPT presentations.
My slides have been approved but my client has many sales presentations that
have content they want to move into my new designs. No matter what I send
them, the text formating that in my new slide templates does not does not
effect the older content.

What do I need to do? I am using PowerPoint 04 in Mac OSX.

You have landed in the Windows group, so you might want to ask your
question in the Mac group (microsoft.public.mac.office.powerpoint). With
that said, the likely problem is that the content is not in
placeholders. the template generally affects content in placeholders so
if they created their on text boxes, they might have to redo them.
