Create a stacked, clustered column layout in excel?

I need to create a stacked, clustered column that will be in a presentation
for my boss ... the best that I have been able to do is to manually draw the
3-D rectangles and superimpose them over the original chart. Any kind of
help would be fantastic, Thanks!

You should dispense with the 3D chart effects.
