Can anyone tell me the easiest way to create a single mailing label or print
a single envolope from a contact in Outllook 2007.

In Outlook 2003 I used to create a single mailing label by opening the
contact selecting 'New Letter to Contact' from Actions drop down menu which
would export the details into the Word Letter wizard. Then I would select
Letters & Labels from the Tools drop down menu in Word and print the label or
envelope.

The New Letter to Contact option doesn't appear to be available any more.

Thanks in anticipation.

You do it from within Word 2007.....open a new document, click on Mailings
Tab, click on Envelope or Label, and on the dialog box that appears is a
little addressbook icon. Use that to insert the address....

Thanks for that Gordon, it worked, but the only thing is the Company field is
not added to the address - do you happen to know of a fix for this?

Cheers

I think MS assume that the company name would be part of the company address
in the address box......

You might want to post in a Word group. AFAIK, Microsoft hasn't documented
how to control the address layout for Word 2007, but they need to. Someone
in a Word group might have figured it out.
